Password reset via mailbox

To ensure that customers can log in and use the device normally, we provide password reset function.

Procedure:

1. When you open the device for the first time, you will be prompted to reset the password and set the encrypted mailbox.

2. On the system login screen, click the Forget password, then the security code will be sent to the encrypted mailbox previously setted. When the secure code is entered successfully, the system will restart.

3. Then you will be prompted to enter a new password.

4. Enter a complex password according to the rules below.

5. Confirm the complex password.

6. Click OK.
